Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to manage our brand’s online presence, engage with our audience, and drive growth across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest and YouTube . The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of social media trends, content creation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.). Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement . Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media. Assist in paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for better ROI. Generate reports on social media performance and suggest improvements. Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in social media management (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of platform algorithms, hashtag strategies, and engagement tactics . Proficiency in content creation tools . Basic knowledge of social media ads & analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Excellent copywriting and communication skills . Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have: Experience with community management & influencer collaborations . Familiarity with SEO and email marketing . Certification in digital/social media marketing (e.g., Meta Blueprint, HubSpot). Experience in Real Estate Marketing would be an additional benefit. Why Join Us?
