Job Summary: Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Media Executive with a focus on Facebook advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing ad campaigns on Facebook, monitoring campaign performance, and working towards achieving daily and monthly KPIs. The role involves a dynamic work environment where strategic thinking, adaptability, and teamwork are key. 1. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Creation & Management: Develop, upload, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives. Optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI within the allocated budget. 2. Performance Monitoring: Track and manage spending for campaigns to ensure they remain within budget. Prepare performance reports and maintain accurate records using Excel, highlighting key metrics and outcomes. 3. KPI Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets, with a focus on driving sales and conversions. Continuously refine strategies to boost sales and overall campaign performance. 4. Strategic Input: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new strategies for improving campaign results. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance engagement and reach. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align campaigns with broader business goals. Be an active team player, willing to contribute to the success of the entire marketing team. 6. Learning & Development: Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools, trends, and practices. Be willing to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude. Qualifications/Education: Any graduate degree. Digital marketing certification preferred unless the candidate has relevant hands-on experience in digital marketing. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Facebook advertising or social media marketing. Skills & Competencies: Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and related digital marketing tools. Strong understanding of Facebook's advertising policies and performance metrics. Advanced knowledge of Excel for performance tracking and reporting. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines. A self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and adapting to new challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
