In this role, you will oversee and manage social media operations for our clients, ensuring effective strategy development, content execution, and performance monitoring. Youll work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign success across platforms.Manage the daily operations of clients' social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectivesCoordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams to plan, schedule, and publish contentMonitor engagement and track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)Create and optimize workflows and SOPs for content approval and publishingLead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives or internsStay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to keep strategies relevantHandle crisis communication and manage online reputation, when necessaryEnsure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets company goals
