Role Summary:

Were seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager with thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in YouTube optimization. The ideal candidate will know how to grow channels organically, improve audience retention, and convert views into qualified leads. If you&aposre also an influencer or content creator with an engaged audienceespecially in luxury, lifestyle, or real estatethat&aposs a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

????YouTube Channel Management

Own and manage the entire YouTube content pipeline: from planning and scripting to publishing and optimizing.

Use advanced YouTube SEO techniques (titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, thumbnails, metadata) to rank videos.

Drive key metrics: Subscribers, CTR, Watch Time, Engagement, Retention, and Lead Generation.

Strategize and execute YouTube ad campaigns, including skippable in-stream ads, to promote luxury listings (?5 Cr+).

Work closely with creative and video production teams to ensure content is aligned with brand goals.

???? Social Media Strategy & Influencer Marketing

Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for consistent branding and lead nurturing.

Collaborate with influencers, including leveraging your own presence if applicable.

Plan and execute targeted content calendars around luxury launches, project walkthroughs, and real estate trends.

???? Analytics & Reporting

Use YouTube Studio and other analytics tools to measure content performance.

Report weekly/monthly on:

. Watch Time & Click-Through Rate (CTR)

. Subscriber Growth & Audience Retention

. Inbound Leads & CPL from Paid Campaigns

. Engagement Rate & Video Performance vs. Competitors.

On Camera , Enacting in video , Digital Marketing Media

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years experience in YouTube management or social media marketing (real estate preferred).

Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, video analytics, and growth tactics.

Proven ability to grow and manage YouTube channels from scratch or scale existing ones.

Experience running YouTube Ads and Google Ads for Video.

Bonus: You have an influencer background or personal brand with a significant and relevant following.

Proficient in tools such as YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar content and scheduling platforms.
