Primary Responsibility: We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to help grow and engage our digital community across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing content strategies for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok Create engaging text, image, and video content (using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.) Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions Track and analyze social media performance (engagement, reach, followers, etc.) and report insights Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign planning and branding consistency Requirements: Strong interest in social media, content creation, and branding Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok Familiarity with design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, InShot) Good communication skills and attention to detail Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous experience managing a personal/brand page (bonus but not required) Company Description Workassist is an online recruitment and employment solution platform based in Lucknow, India.
