Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to help amplify our brand presence online. This role involves everything from photo/video content creation to managing social media campaigns tailored to our gold and diamond collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing digital campaigns for gold and diamond jewellery.
• Capture and edit product photos and short videos for use across platforms (Reels, Instagram posts, etc.).
• Design high-quality posters, promotional banners, and festive creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
• Upload and maintain product listings on the website and digital catalogs.
• Manage social media scheduling and basic community engagement on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Coordinate WhatsApp broadcasts and email campaigns to promote new arrivals and collections.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to align content with brand goals.
• Track basic analytics and prepare weekly content performance reports.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Express, or any basic design software.
• Ability to take clean, aesthetic photos/videos using a smartphone or basic camera.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and luxury branding.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram trends, Reels editing, and social content strategy.
• Interest in jewellery, fashion, and high-end lifestyle marketing.
• Knowledge of email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp) and WhatsApp marketing tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous internship or project experience in content creation, photography, or digital marketing preferred.
• Understanding of gold jewellery styles and basic diamond grading (4Cs) is advantageous but not mandatory.
