About Orayana

Orayana is a 3-acre resort venue where weddings, villa stays, and retreats come alive. We are repositioning Orayana from a typical “lawn” into a premium destination—and we want a marketing leader who can own this journey end-to-end.

This isn’t a “post-and-boost” job. It’s about building the entire brand story, creating demand, and making Orayana the first name people think of when they plan weddings, retreats, or corporate getaways.

Your Role

You won’t just manage social—you’ll own the entire marketing process: strategy, content, ads, lead funnels, influencer collabs, and reporting.

• Create & manage: 4 reels per week + daily stories that reflect Orayana’s calm, premium aura.
• Run paid ads end-to-end and optimize for qualified leads.
• Be on-ground during weddings, retreats, and stays to capture moments, décor, and testimonials.
• Build influencer and creator collaborations that feel natural and premium.
• Lead LinkedIn outreach to HR/Admin teams for corporate retreat bookings.
• Report directly to the Founder; work closely with Sales/Weddings lead and Décor Planner.

Key KPIs

• Engagement: 8%+ engagement rate; median 10k+ views on reels.
• Content cadence: 4 reels per week + daily stories, consistently.
• Brand: Visible repositioning of Orayana as premium, serene, welcoming.
