About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team in Bilekahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and content creation.

You will be responsible for managing and scaling our presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels, to drive brand awareness, community growth, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule engaging, original, and platform-optimized content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and video teams to produce eye-catching creatives, videos, reels, and carousels.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations to ensure timely and relevant brand engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, etc.) to continuously improve content performance.
• Work closely with paid media and performance teams to support social ad campaigns.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Run and manage social media contests, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives.

Requirements:

• 0–5 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
• Proven track record of growing and managing brand social media accounts with measurable results.
• Strong content writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
• Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and performance-driven environment.
