Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality posts, reels, stories, and graphics.

Required Skills

Strong skills in social media content creation.
Excellent working knowledge of Canva (posts, reels, templates).
Understanding of content optimization and platform algorithms.
Ability to create and manage content calendars.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.
Good communication, creativity, and research skills.

Qualifications

Must have completed a Digital Marketing/Social Media Certification Course.
Must have completed internship with any company (compulsory).
Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
Handle daily posting, scheduling, and engagement activities.
Optimize social media profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube.
Use Canva to design visually appealing creatives.
Research trends and create engaging content ideas.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads, audience setting & campaign structure.
Use tools for scheduling, analytics & reporting.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with graphic, video, and marketing teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,539.03 per month
