Role Overview

Social Media Marketing & Branding Specialist

AI for Good, mentorship, women empowerment, and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a

  comprehensive social media strategy

  aligned with InzpireU's mission and audience.
• Create and manage

  content calendars

  for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube).
• Design and write engaging posts, stories, and carousels that showcase our programs, mentors, and success stories.
• Build

  brand consistency

  across digital touchpoints (voice, visuals, tone, hashtags, and campaigns).
• Collaborate with leadership to promote upcoming events, mentorship drives, and program launches.
• Analyze campaign performance, engagement rates, and audience insights to optimize reach.
• Develop

  growth campaigns

  for new community programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate influencer or ambassador partnerships where relevant.
• Stay current with trends in

  AI, EdTech, and social impact storytelling

  .
• Manage community interactions and represent InzpireU's brand with empathy and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in

  social media marketing, digital branding, or communications.

• Strong storytelling and content creation skills especially for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools.
• Familiarity with

  social media analytics tools

  (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and organic growth strategies.
• Exceptional written and visual communication skills.
• Passion for community-driven impact, mentorship, and women empowerment.
• Knowledge of

  AI or EdTech

  space is a plus.
