Job Title: Organic Social Media Marketer Job Description: We are looking for a creative and strategic Organic Social Media Marketer to grow our brand presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter). You will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content, engaging with the community, and optimizing performance without paid promotions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute organic social media strategies Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates Respond to comments and DMs to build community Analyze performance and provide regular insights and improvements Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in organic social media marketing Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement tactics Excellent writing and content creation skills Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, or Later Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
