Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
Monitor performance metrics and audience insights to refine campaigns
Respond to followers, manage community interactions, and maintain brand voice
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for cohesive branding
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics
Experience with analytics tools and social media management platforms
