Work mode: Hybrid. 1 to 2 days in office, the rest from home. On-location presence is required on shoot days.
Location: Bengaluru. Candidates based in Bangalore, or willing to relocate, are preferred.
Salary: ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA, based on experience

About Us

Monk Studios and The Good Monks are Bengaluru-based creative marketing and branding agencies working with F&B and FMCG brands. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own client accounts end to end.

What You’ll Be Up To

• Planning, creating, and publishing content across client accounts
• Running and optimising Meta and Google ads that actually deliver results
• Dreaming up fresh content ideas and spotting trends before everyone else does
• Looking after Google My Business profiles
• Being the friendly face (and fast replier) in client WhatsApp groups
• Keeping client trackers neat: content calendars, approvals, deliverables
• Rallying photographers, videographers, and freelancers
• Showing up on shoots, from setup to wrap. Expect about 5 to 10 a month, with the odd early morning or weekend
• Turning numbers into monthly reports that make sense

You’ll Fit Right In If You

• Have 2 to 4 years in social media management, ideally at an agency (NO FREELANCERS)
• Know Meta Ads Manager inside out (tell us the monthly ad spend you’ve handled!)
• Communicate clearly and keep clients happy
• Enjoy a fast-paced day and can juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
• Have a good eye for content and an organised streak
• Have F&B or FMCG experience (bonus points, not a must)
• Can join within 30 days or less (preferred)
• Are based in Bengaluru (preferred)
