Social Media Manager

BLABLIBLU is a fast-growing D2C fragrance brand built around experimentation, self-expression and being Against the Ordinary.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn that personality into content people actually want to watch, share and talk about.

What You’ll Do

• Own BLABLIBLU’s social media strategy across Instagram and relevant platforms.
• Conceptualise Reels, memes, carousels, stories and social-first campaigns.
• Spot trends, sounds, formats and internet culture—and turn them into BLABLIBLU content.
• Build a strong and recognisable brand voice.
• Work with creators, designers and videographers to execute content.
• Plan and execute social campaigns around launches, products and cultural moments.
• Track reach, engagement, views, shares and follower growth—and use data to improve content.
• Stay on top of competitors, creators and what’s happening on the internet.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 3–5 years of hands-on social media experience, preferably in D2C, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG.
• Understands what makes people stop scrolling.
• Has strong content instincts and copywriting skills.
• Knows the difference between a trend worth jumping on and one that's already dead.
• Can turn an idea into a Reel, campaign or conversation.
• Is comfortable experimenting, taking ownership and moving fast.
• Has a portfolio or examples of social work to show us.
