Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of hands-on experience, including 2 years in a fast-paced digital marketing agency, with a proven track record of handling 810 clients simultaneously and managing a creative and performance-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) tailored to client goals.
• Lead and oversee the day-to-day management of 810 client accounts, ensuring timely content delivery, brand consistency, and measurable growth.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and paid media teams to plan integrated campaigns and content calendars.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms; generate insightful reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor a team of social media executives, content creators, and community managers.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to innovate and optimize strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients; present campaign results and manage expectations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of social media marketing experience, including 2 years in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts (810) with strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
• Proven experience in team leadership or people management (leading content, design, or community teams).
• Strong understanding of organic and paid social media strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later, e
tc.).
• Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends, influencer marketing, and platform algorithms.
