Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content across platforms, optimizing profiles, monitoring online presence, and fostering audience engagement. The role also involves analyzing metrics to improve performance and collaborating with various departments to align social media activities with institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and creating strategies to grow and engage audiences.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for producing impactful, engaging content and liaising with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies.
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and trends to optimize digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in using social media tools, platforms, and analytics software.
• Adaptability, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field are preferred.
