Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Handle daily posting of reels, stories, carousels, creatives and videos.
• Develop engaging content related to skincare, haircare, hair transplants, aesthetic treatments and wellness services.
• Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, video editors, doctors and clinic teams for content creation.
• Manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and audience reach.
• Monitor social media performance, followers, engagement, reach and lead generation.
• Identify trending topics, reels, hashtags and digital marketing opportunities.
• Manage online brand reputation and ensure timely responses to comments and messages.
• Analyse competitors and implement innovative content strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Excellent content writing, communication and creative skills.
• Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools.
• Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video content.
• Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, healthcare, aesthetics or wellness industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹74,000.00 per month
