About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Create and manage content for our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube 2. Develop engaging reels, stories, posts, and videos that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand's voice 3. Stay on top of social media trends and explore fun, educational, and creative ways to promote our brand 4. Respond to comments and messages to build a strong engaged community 5. Collaborate closely with our team to ensure content aligns with our brand's message, style, and sustainability values 6. Analyze social media performance and provide insights to optimize engagement and reach Requirements: 1. Possess 1-2 years of experience in social media management preferably with fashion or lifestyle brands 2. Show experience in creating content for the medical or pharma industry (bonus) 3. Communicate fluently in English with excellent communication skills 4. Display a knack for creating fun engaging reels, stories, and videos 5. Use social media analytics and tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite 6. Exhibit skills in creating reels videos and visually compelling content 7. Reside in Bhopal and be available for an in-office position only Bonus: 1. Showcase experience in creating content for the medical or pharma industry 2.
