Job Title: Social Media Manager Experience Required: 3-5years Location: Mumbai Reporting to: Marketing Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate the social presence of our luxury brand. With your expertise in brand management and social media strategy, you will craft compelling content that resonates with our discerning audience, maintaining an exclusive and sophisticated brand voice. Your focus will be on creating visually stunning content, compelling storytelling, and building an exclusive online community that resonates with luxury buyers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms relevant to the luxury sector. Curate, create, and schedule high-quality, visually compelling content by creating a comprehensive content strategy (posts, stories, videos, reels etc) that aligns with the brand positioning with a clear focus on brand building and community engagement Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, ensuring all posts are consistent with the brand's aesthetic, tone, and voice. Monitor social media trends, influencers, and trending activities relevant to the luxury lifestyle space, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvements and content direction. Manage photo, drone and video shoots for completed homes and new locations to be used across platforms Identify and work with production houses and freelancers locally to shoot content within quick turn around times Metrics for growth : Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, lead generation, engagement rates, and brand loyalty, focusing on quality over quantity. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and direct messages while ensuring a high level of brand prestige and exclusivity. Track and analyse performance through analytic tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.), providing regular reports on engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics. Relationship building: Cultivate relationships with key influencers and luxury brand advocates to increase brand visibility and reach. Oversee content planning with a focus on brand building campaigns, product launches, and exclusive events, ensuring seamless execution and brand cohesion. Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of relevant experience managing social media for premium or luxury brands (luxury real estate, hospitality or lifestyle) Deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, content nuances, and customer psyche Excellent command of visual storytelling, copywriting, and content curation Proficiency in scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Google Analytics etc) Strong eye for design, brand tone, and content quality Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines without compromising on finesse Creative thinker with a performance mindset A keen interest in photography, styling and editing with a good network of production houses and freelancers Preferred Experience Prior work with luxury influencers, tastemakers, and high-net-worth communities Understanding of luxury positioning, tone, and customer journey Familiarity with content curation, collaborations, and elevated brand partnerships Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns and boosting strategy
