We’ve just launched our first line of instant ramen and we’re now looking for our first Social Media & Design lead to help build the brand from 0 → 1 . What You’ll Do 🧠🎨 Take ownership of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels Design snack-able, aesthetic, and on-brand content (reels, memes, posts, stories) Plan and schedule content calendars Work closely with the founders on brand voice, content ideas, and campaigns Help build community love through comments, DMs, and collabs Experiment with formats (motion, video, static, UGC) to see what sticks Who You Are 👀 A final-year undergrad or a recent graduate (any discipline) Have a strong sense of design (Figma/Canva/Adobe tools, good taste in fonts, layouts, and color) Deeply fluent with Instagram, reels, meme culture, and youth internet trends Bonus: You’ve grown a personal or brand page before, even as a side project You’re excited to build a Gen-Z food brand from scratch and create a cult following What You’ll Get 🎁 Paid stipend A front-row seat to the 0→1 journey of a consumer brand Work directly with IIT-D, IIM-A founders Loads of ramen and creative freedom 🍜✨ High-impact portfolio opportunity + letter of recommendation Show more Show less
