Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.) to build brand visibility and engagement.
Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, campaigns) that align with brand goals and audience interests.
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and audience growth.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, artist management, events) for campaign planning and execution.
Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and cross-promotional activities.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing or digital brand management.
Strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and analytics tools.
Ability to ideate and execute creative campaigns from concept to delivery.
Knowledge of paid ads, SEO basics, and influencer marketing.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
Experience in the
entertainment, music, or events
industry is a strong plus.
