Social Media Manager (Freelance)

As a Freelance Social Media Manager for a real estate firm based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the business goals of the company. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and drive by producing engaging videos of properties and events using your smartphone approximately 3-4 times a month. In this role, you will be tasked with creating, curating, and managing all published content across various social media platforms, including images, videos, and written content. It will be essential for you to stay updated with trends in the real estate industry to produce relevant and impactful content that resonates with the target audience. As a key member of the marketing team, you will also be responsible for managing content scheduling and posting, engaging with followers, responding to queries promptly, and monitoring customer reviews. Your ability to analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns will be crucial in maximizing results and optimizing strategies moving forward. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media best practices. A deep understanding of Instagram trends, reels, KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO will be highly beneficial. Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research, strong communication skills, and the ability to shoot and edit videos using a smartphone are also essential requirements.
