Calion Power is a B2B-focused power solutions brand dealing in products such as UPS systems, inverters, batteries, solar solutions, and related industrial power products. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can build and strengthen Calion Power’s digital presence while effectively communicating our products and solutions to B2B customers, dealers, distributors, industries, and business partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Calion Power across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Manage the complete social media calendar, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Create content that communicates Calion Power’s products, technical features, applications, benefits, and industry solutions.
- Develop B2B-focused content targeting dealers, distributors, electrical contractors, industrial buyers, businesses, and institutional customers.
- Maintain consistent brand communication, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
Content & Campaigns
- Plan and coordinate product posts, educational content, industry insights, product explainers, customer use cases, company updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand products and convert technical information into engaging social media content.
- Develop content around UPS, inverter, battery, solar, power backup, and industrial power solutions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative resources for social media assets.
- Identify relevant industry trends, topics, hashtags, and content opportunities.
B2B Lead Generation
- Develop social media campaigns aimed at generating B2B leads and business enquiries.
- Support lead-generation initiatives for dealers, distributors, OEMs, industries, and institutional customers.
- Work with the sales team to ensure social media enquiries and leads are properly tracked and followed up.
- Explore LinkedIn and other relevant channels for B2B networking, outreach, and business development opportunities.
Paid Advertising
- Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn, where applicable.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience targeting, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
- Coordinate with management regarding advertising budgets and campaign requirements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance, including:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers
- Leads
- Website traffic
- Content performance
- Campaign ROI
- Prepare regular social media performance reports for management.
- Identify what type of content performs best and continuously improve the content strategy.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B, industrial, electrical, power, solar, manufacturing, or technology-related company.
- Strong understanding of B2B social media marketing.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in planning and managing social media calendars.
- Understanding of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
- Strong content-writing and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and convert technical information into simple, engaging content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Good coordination skills with designers, video editors, sales teams, and management.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with B2B brands or industrial products will be strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, lead-generation campaigns, and content marketing will be an advantage.
- Experience managing a company's LinkedIn page and building B2B engagement is highly desirable.
