Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at our office in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies, manage daily social media activities, and create compelling content to drive engagement. Responsibilities include content planning, writing social media posts, optimizing platforms for visibility, boosting brand presence, analyzing platform metrics, and collaborating with teams to align campaigns with overall company goals.

Qualifications

Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively build and manage online presence
Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to create engaging, relevant, and impactful content
Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences and team members
Analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics and making data-driven decisions for campaign improvement
Familiarity with energy or renewable energy industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
