Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, planning content, coordinating with creative teams, managing campaigns, and increasing brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Prepare monthly content calendars, content plans, and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to develop engaging content.
- Create and manage campaigns for brand awareness, product launches, collections, and promotional activities.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, merchandising, and e-commerce teams.
- Manage paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, messaging, and communication across all platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content-planning skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, audience targeting, and social media advertising.
- Strong creative thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar creative tools is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience in the textile, fashion, apparel, retail, or lifestyle industry is preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns, content strategy, and audience growth.
- Experience coordinating with design and content production teams.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
