Job Description

As a Social Media Manager for a Kids Clothing Brand, your role will involve planning, creating, and implementing captivating social media strategies to showcase the brand's story. Your responsibilities will include: - **Content Strategy & Calendar**: Develop and manage a 12-month social media content calendar in line with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal themes. Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. - **Content Creation & Visuals**: Plan, design, and produce high-quality content such as posts, reels, stories, and campaigns. Organize photoshoots and video shoots to exhibit products, lifestyle looks, and brand narratives. Create visuals and graphics that emphasize brand values, product quality, and the appeal of kids" lifestyle. - **Brand Storytelling**: Create engaging campaigns that establish an emotional connection with parents and children. Translate product features into relatable, story-driven content. - **Influencer & Community Management**: Identify and collaborate with relevant parent bloggers, kid influencers, and mom communities. Cultivate long-term relationships with brand ambassadors to broaden the brand's reach. Engage with followers, address queries, and foster an active community. - **Campaign Execution & Analytics**: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media KPIs including follower growth, engagement rate, conversions, and ROI. Continuously refine strategies based on insights and performance. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with design, eCommerce, and marketing teams to synchronize social content with promotions and product launches. Collaborate with customer support to ensure consistent communication with customers. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in managing social media for eCommerce, kids fashion, or kids products brands. - Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation skills including visuals, graphics, reels, and storytelling campaigns. - Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or equivalent. - Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, influencer outreach platforms. - Creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities. - Ability to manage shoots and direct photographers/models, with kids fashion experience preferred. - Strong organizational skills to develop and execute a yearly content calendar. **Preferred Qualities:** - Passion for kids fashion, trends, and lifestyle. - Highly creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented. - Strong ability to engage with parent communities and comprehend consumer psychology. - Proactive approach with leadership qualities to drive end-to-end ownership of social media growth.
