WillStar Media is a fast-growing content company led by The Willpower Star (7M+ followers), creating impactful YouTube Documentaries, Shorts, and Reels viewed by millions monthly.

We are now expanding our digital presence, especially on LinkedIn and Twitter, and we’re looking for a Social Media Intern who understands professional content, brand voice, and platform dynamics.

Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle and post content on the Founder’s and Co-Founder’s LinkedIn and Twitter (X) accounts.
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and create engaging short-form write-ups.
• Manage engagement — replying to comments and interacting with relevant industry conversations.
• Research trends and insights within the startup, business, content, and creator economy.
• Reach out to potential clients, collaborators, and strategic connections through DM and email.
• Keep track of analytics such as impressions, reach, and engagement.
• Maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn + Twitter.

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent English communication — both written & verbal
• Strong writing skills: short posts, captions, replies.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn & Twitter culture, tone, and trends
• Ability to write professional yet engaging content
• Comfortable with online communication, outreach, and networking
• Research-driven mindset to understand what type of content performs well
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets

⚡ Good to Have

• Experience writing or managing personal brands
• Understanding of business, marketing, startups, and creator economy
• Ability to repurpose content from videos into text posts
