About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and responsible short-form content writer who can craft engaging and high-retention scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. If you love telling interesting stories in under 60 seconds, especially around brands, businesses, marketing strategies, and curious incidents, this is for you.

As a content creator with a growing audience across both platforms, I want someone who doesn’t just write scripts, but takes ownership of the storytelling and helps build content that stands out and connects deeply with viewers.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write concise, catchy scripts (50–60 seconds) tailored for Reels & Shorts.
• Transform business and marketing topics into snackable infotainment content.
• Craft powerful hooks, engaging storytelling flow, and strong conclusions.
• Keep track of trends and pitch story ideas relevant to the niche.
• Ensure scripts are original, fact-checked, and aligned with content style.
• Take full responsibility for assigned projects—from ideation to delivery.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in content writing (preferably in short-form or infotainment content).
• Ability to write high-retention, hook-first content for Reels or Shorts.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent command over Hinglish or English (conversational & engaging tone).
• Self-driven, highly organised, and responsible—no follow-ups needed.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and meeting content deadlines.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with business/marketing case studies or trending brands.
• Previous work with content creators, agencies, or short-form storytelling projects.
• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram’s content dynamics.
