About TruckMitrTruckMitr is a fast-growing platform that connects Indian truck drivers with transporters, providing specialized training, job opportunities, and digital tools to make logistics more efficient. We are building an ecosystem to empower drivers and streamline the transportation sector.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and enhancing TruckMitr’s online presence across multiple platforms.

· Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)

· Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics) aligned with TruckMitr’s brand voice.

· Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to queries in a timely manner.

· Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry news to increase engagement.

· Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, followers, etc.) and prepare reports.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new campaign ideas.

· Assist in managing online communities and building stronger relationships with drivers and transporters.

· RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

· Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.

· Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software (preferred but not mandatory).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/regional languages is a plus).

· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
