About Us

We are a fast-growing startup in the student housing and hospitality sector, currently managing 2,500 beds and expanding to 4,000 beds by December 2025. As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our digital presence across social media platforms and looking for a creative Social Media Intern to support our marketing and communication efforts.

Role Overview

The Social Media Intern will assist the marketing team in content creation, posting, trend research, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital culture, enjoys creating content, and wants hands-on experience in social media management for a fast-scaling brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in creating and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Assist in developing weekly content calendars.
• Research trends, hashtags, and viral content ideas relevant to our audience.
• Coordinate with graphic designers to create visually engaging posts.
• Draft captions, short copies, and basic social media copywriting.
• Help shoot photos/videos during events, activities, and hostel life.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and assist in community building.
• Track performance metrics and share weekly analytics reports.

Requirements

• Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and Gen-Z content styles.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or any video editing tool is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for digital marketing and social media growth.
• Ability to work full-time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
