About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing business pages, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media performance across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute ideas, enhance brand visibility, and play a key role in digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Uni-Com’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand tone.
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity to improve engagement.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative content.
• Track and report social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Support brand campaigns, product launches, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Prior experience (6 months–1 year) managing social media pages (internship or freelance experience acceptable).
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut, or other design/video tools.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think creatively.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and engagement strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid promotions and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Creative mindset with a sense of design and brand storytelling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,345.23 - ₹15,000.00 per month
