In this role, you will actively manage and grow TopFirms’ social media platforms by creating engaging content, monitoring audience engagement, and supporting daily brand operations. This internship offers real exposure to brand building, social media strategy, analytics, and execution in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Social Media & Content Execution

• Manage and support daily operations across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp Channels, Reddit, etc.
• Create and publish posts, stories, reels, shorts, and thumbnails
• Upload, schedule, and manage content across platforms using content calendars
• Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement to foster conversations

Content Creation & Editing

• Watch long-form content and identify high-impact moments for short-form cut-downs
• Edit platform-optimized content aligned with brand tone and visual identity
• Create scripts, captions, ad copies, blogs, and campaign messaging aligned with brand objectives.
• Write compelling captions, titles, and thumbnails that reflect the brand voice
• Produce content formats suitable for reels, shorts, carousels, static posts, and long-form platforms.
• Assist with basic video editing using tools like Canva, Photopea, or Adobe Premiere Pro

Digital Campaigns & Brand Support

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement
• Assist in developing content for paid campaigns, including ad hooks, CTAs, and variations.
• Align content with performance objectives such as engagement, reach, retention, and conversions.
• Support shoots, launches, live classes, and campaign rollouts
• Coordinate with teachers, creators, and internal teams to collect raw content
• Help with cross-promotion and audience funnel activities

Analytics & Research

• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to support content ideation.
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly performance reports
• Analyze engagement, reach, and growth to identify improvement areas
• Assist with competitor research and trend tracking
• Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, and brainstorming sessions.
• Use a data-driven approach to improve content performance and audience growth

Operations & Organization

• Maintain posting calendars, trackers, and content backups
• Ensure timely deployment of content during launches and live sessions
• Manage and organize all creative assets efficiently

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with designers and social media strategists to ensure consistency across creatives.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain tone, clarity, and messaging discipline.

This Role Is Ideal If You:-

• Have a strong interest in social media, content creation, branding, or digital marketing
• Enjoy creative thinking and executing ideas visually
• Understand Instagram and short-form content formats
• Have basic knowledge of Canva and content tools
• Are organized, observant, proactive, and eager to learn
• Are comfortable working with spreadsheets and content management systems
• Have basic computer knowledge and operational skills
• Can communicate clearly in Hindi and English

Skills & Competencies Required

• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and platform best practices
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong copywriting ability with attention to detail
• Understanding of content formats (long-form & short-form)
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, YouTube Studio)
• Creative mindset with awareness of current social media trends
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and ownership

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to social media advertising or paid campaigns
• Prior internship or experience in social media management (optional but beneficial)
