Role & responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Assist in designing visuals, graphics, and short videos using tools like Canva or similar.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity for insights.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and prepare weekly reports.
  • Support campaign planning and execution for events, hiring drives, or awareness posts.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company voice and guidelines.
