Social Media Handling

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies: Create and implement comprehensive social media plans to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive sales.
• Manage social media channels: Oversee and maintain our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) by curating engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics.
• Create engaging content: Develop high-quality visual content (e.g., photos, videos) that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with marketing team: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
• Analyze social media performance: Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends
• FEMALE CANDIDDATE PREFERED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the fashion industry
• Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools
• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Digital marketing (Preferred)
