Job Description

A Social Media Handler is responsible for managing the companys social media presence across various platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and interacting with online communities to boost audience engagement and support marketing goals.

 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Manage and maintain company profiles on all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).

  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community relationships.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to increase engagement.
