Job Title: Social Media & Grievance Handling Executive Company: OpenFuture Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Location: Amravati, Maharashtra Job Description: OpenFuture Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Social Media & Grievance Handling Executive to actively monitor, trace, and respond to digital threats and online grievances affecting the company’s reputation and security. The candidate must be vigilant, quick to respond, and skilled at identifying the source of malicious digital activities. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to: Fake emails, scam calls, and fraudulent social media accounts Misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content online Digital grievances raised by customers, employees, or the public Tracing the source of spam, impersonation, and fraudulent content is mandatory Escalate traced information to senior management and internal security teams (HR, Legal, Cybersecurity) File takedown requests and report flagged content to platform support teams (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) Maintain accurate records of daily incidents, actions taken, and follow-up status Support employees or stakeholders facing online harassment, impersonation, or threats Collaborate with legal/cybersecurity experts for serious or recurring incidents Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube Familiarity with platform-specific reporting and takedown mechanisms Strong investigative skills and ability to trace spam or fake accounts using basic tools or coordinated support Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written) Basic understanding of cyber safety and online threat detection Experience with monitoring tools like Google Alerts, Hootsuite, Mention , etc. (preferred) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, IT, Digital Marketing , or related fields 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; Freshers with strong online platform knowledge are welcome Must be based in or willing to relocate to Amravati, Maharashtra Preferred Certifications (not mandatory but highly desirable): Cybersecurity Basics (e.g., Google Cybersecurity Certificate , Coursera Cybersecurity Foundations ) Cyber Crime Investigation or Cyber Law Awareness (e.g., CDAC , NASSCOM , CyberSafe India ) Digital Safety & Content Moderation Certifications Information Security Awareness (e.g., CERT-IN , DSCI , or NPTEL programs) Any certification in Online Threat Management , Phishing Detection , or Social Media Risk Handling Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
