About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The role involves managing social media accounts for hospitality clients, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, bars, and lifestyle brands.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, shoot planning, client coordination, and day-to-day social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social media activities for hospitality clients across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Content Creation: Develop creative content ideas, reels concepts, captions, post copy, stories, and engaging social media content.
• Content Calendar: Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with client goals, campaigns, events, and brand identity.
• Shoot Planning & Coordination: Plan photoshoots and video shoots, coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients regularly, understand their requirements, share updates, collect feedback, and coordinate content approvals.
• Posting & Publishing: Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content according to the planned calendar.
• Instagram Stories: Create and manage daily stories, including interactive polls, offers, promotions, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with Instagram trends, trending audio, viral reel formats, and creative ideas relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, video editors, performance marketers, and account managers to ensure timely content delivery.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and growth, and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content follows the client's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and communication style.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
• Good understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, and other social media formats.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Creative thinking and an eye for engaging visual content.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Good command of written English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling tools is a plus.
• Prior experience working with restaurants, cafés, hotels, or other hospitality brands will be an added advantage.
