Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

-Manage day-to-day activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.

-Content Planning: Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives, product launches, festivals, campaigns, and seasonal trends.

- Content Creation: Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, short videos, captions, and creative briefs for beauty and cosmetic products.

- Beauty Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest skincare, makeup, haircare, beauty influencer, and viral social media trends.

- Influencer Collaboration: Coordinate with beauty influencers, makeup artists, dermatologists, and content creators for product promotions and brand collaborations.

- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns for new product launches, offers, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

- Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, customer queries, and product-related feedback professionally and promptly.

- Performance Analysis: Track social media metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, video views, and conversions.

- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor brands, industry trends, content strategies, and campaign performance to identify opportunities.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, design, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

- Agency & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with designers, photographers, video editors, and external agencies to deliver content on time.

**Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care brands.

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, influencer marketing, and social media algorithms.

- Excellent copywriting, caption-writing, and communication skills.

- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and brand storytelling.

- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and basic video-editing applications.

- Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare social media reports.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

**Preferred Candidate Profile

-Experience working with beauty or cosmetic brands, preferably in makeup, skincare, haircare, or professional salon products.

-Understanding of beauty consumers, product positioning, and digital marketing trends.

- Experience in influencer outreach, UGC (User-Generated Content), and product-launch campaigns.

- A portfolio of social media pages, campaigns, reels, or content created for previous brands will be an advantage.

- Social media engagement and follower growth.

- Reach, impressions, video views, and content performance.

- Timely execution of the monthly content calendar.

- Influencer campaign performance and audience engagement.

- Brand awareness, community growth, and social media-driven traffic or conversions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
