Kinshu Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is an overseas education and immigration consultancy providing guidance and assistance for Study Abroad, Work Permit, and Immigration pathways across countries including Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Europe.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and strengthen our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule, and publish daily social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
• Maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Ensure consistent branding, engagement, and communication across all platforms.

2. Content Creation & Designing

• Create engaging social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and advertisements.
• Design marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Create short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Write attractive captions, headlines, and calls to action (CTAs).
• Develop content related to Study Abroad, Overseas Work Permits, Visa Updates, Immigration Opportunities, and Company Services.

3. Video Editing & Reels

• Shoot and edit short promotional videos and reels.
• Add subtitles, transitions, background music, and other visual elements.
• Coordinate with the counselling and sales teams to collect content, testimonials, and updates.
• Create engaging video content to increase brand awareness and generate potential customer enquiries.

4. Audience Engagement

• Respond to comments, messages, and basic social media enquiries professionally.
• Monitor audience engagement and maintain a positive brand image.
• Identify trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content formats relevant to the business.
• Coordinate with the sales team to forward relevant enquiries and potential leads.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and enquiries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality and audience engagement.
• Monitor competitors and suggest new content strategies.

6. Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with social media advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
• Support website promotions, Google Business Profile updates, and online reputation management when required.
• Ensure that all visa, immigration, salary, and job-related promotional content is accurate and approved before publication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate candidate with relevant skills in social media or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other design and video editing tools.
• Good written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, captions, and audience engagement.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• A portfolio of social media posts, reels, videos, or previous campaigns.
• Basic understanding of lead generation and digital marketing analytics.
• Experience in education, immigration, travel, or consultancy marketing will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Consistency and quality of social media content.
• Number and quality of posts, reels, and stories published.
• Growth in followers, reach, impressions, and engagement.
• Social media enquiries and qualified leads generated.
• Timely completion of assigned tasks and content calendars.
• Quality of creative designs and video content.
• Accuracy and consistency of brand communication.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, as per company policy.
