Social Media Executive Company: Viable Outsource Solution Location: H-163, Block H, Sector 63, Noida Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM Commute: Able to commute on own. Experience Required: 6 Months -1 year in social media handling Specialization: Social Media Joining: Immediate joiner to 7 days. About the Role: As a Social Media Executive , you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our social media presence. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, enhancing brand visibility, increasing organic traffic, and executing paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, along with the ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies. If you are passionate about digital marketing and social media management, this is the perfect opportunity for you to work with international clients and grow in a dynamic environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create and curate compelling content tailored for different platforms, considering audience and platform dynamics. Manage social media accounts, including posting schedules, responding to comments, and fostering community interaction. Incorporate creative visual elements using tools like Canva, InShot, and SocialPilot to enhance content quality. Utilize social media analytics tools to measure performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies for maximum organic reach . Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization. Develop and manage relationships with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns . Required Skills & Qualifications: · Graduated in any field or related field would preferred. · Having certification in digital marketing courses is a plus. · Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms . · Strong written and verbal communication skills . · Creative mindset with an ability to create visually appealing and engaging content . · Understanding of social media analytics, advertising, and reporting . · Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices . · Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. · Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to align with marketing objectives.
