Social Media Executive

Role & responsibilities

Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, weekly content calendars, daily postings, reels, stories and carousels across brands.

2. Creative Development & Script Writing: Create social media posts, carousels, reels, stories, captions, scripts and campaign creatives aligned with brands identity.

3. Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, VN, InShot and Adobe Premiere Pro for graphic design and video/reels editing., colour grading,etc.

4. Content Shoots & Planning: Plan and coordinate in-house shoots for behind the scenes, products, fabrics, bedding, lifestyle content, trends and people-led videos, including shoot briefs, references and some basic level editing.

5. Agency Coordination & Research: Coordinate with external agencies for briefs, creatives, revisions and approvals. Research social media trends, competitor brands and industry developments for fresh content ideas.

6. Campaigns & Brand Storytelling engagement/ Activation ideas: Conceptualize campaigns, founder-led talking videos Conscious Conversations, scripts, mood boards, engagement activities, creative decks and B2B marketing ideas.

7. Events & Marketing Collaterals: Plan pre-event, live-event and post-event content, including photography, videography, interviews- peoples bytes and recap reels. Coordinate event invitations, website banners, emailers and WhatsApp creatives.

8. Presentations & Asset Management: Prepare brand decks as and when needed.. Maintain an organized library of product images, videos, fabric and bedding assets, and event content.

9. Multi-brand Coordination & Digital Marketing: Manage Brand’s content and campaigns, social media and content coordination, and Instagram, agency coordination and digital communication. Support paid campaigns and basic performance tracking.
