Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels) aligned with brand voice
• Grow and engage our audience through daily posting, story updates, and community management
• Monitor social trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Manage paid social ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Collaborate with design and content teams for visual assets and campaigns
• Track KPIs and report on performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)

✅ Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of all major social platforms and best practices
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Ability to write compelling, creative, and on-brand copy
• Bonus: Experience with running ad campaigns, influencer marketing, or viral marketing

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
