Key Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and ongoing campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels and actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned content.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content formats to maximize reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support events, launches, and marketing campaigns across social channels.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to improve content performance and growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and improvement strategies.
• Manage on-site client content creation using iPhones, including capturing daily activities, coordinating approvals with teachers, and uploading final creatives to the designated campaign platforms along with the respective faculty members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, KPIs, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools such as InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp, etc., is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending content formats.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
• Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a plus.

Please note that while the work location is on-site, the position will be on the payroll of Host 2 Unlimited.
