Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Video Content Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, recording and editing videos, analyzing engagement data, managing social media campaigns, and contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Video recording and editing is one of the most primary responsibilities, especially for reels, YouTube shorts, walkthroughs, and promotional content.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze trends to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Respond to followers, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and report on KPIs using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns and boosting content when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in video recording and editing tools/software (mandatory).
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (preferred).
• Familiarity with video editing apps/tools for reels or short-form content.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• We are looking only for immediate joiners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
