Job Description:

Standard Realtors Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in real estate, is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms, as well as strong graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) regularly
• Design creative graphics and marketing collateral using Canva and Photoshop
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and engagement
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media strategies with business goals
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist in creating paid campaign creatives and boosting posts when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing corporate social media accounts
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to generate innovative content ideas and execute them creatively
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
