Social Media Executive

Content Creation & Execution Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality reels and short-form videos for Instagram and other META platforms. Collaborate with internal teams or talent to produce engaging visual content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. Creative Ideation Develop original and innovative content ideas , campaign concepts, and visual storytelling strategies tailored to different platforms. Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant and engaging. Platform Management (META Ecosystem) Manage and grow brand presence on all META platforms – Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, etc. Schedule and post content consistently, maintaining an optimal posting frequency and time strategy. Performance Analysis Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and video views using platform analytics. Generate reports and provide insights to improve strategy and execution. Audience Engagement Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions. Build and nurture a strong online community and brand loyalty. Collaborations & Campaigns Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand partners for collaborations and content amplification. Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Tool & Tech Savvy Use video shooting and editing tools such as InShot, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, etc. Brand Alignment Ensure that all content and communication reflect brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and style.
