About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B social media marketing, a strong understanding of digital trends, and the ability to manage platforms strategically to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Build and grow brand presence, especially on LinkedIn
• Actively communicate with connections and nurture engagement on LinkedIn
• Collaborate with designers by contributing creative ideas for social media content
• Monitor content performance using Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach
• Manage community interactions and coordinate influencer collaborations
• Support paid campaigns and stay updated on evolving platform trends

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management
• Proficient in tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, and basic video editing software
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with SEO principles and understanding of social media algorithms is a plus
