Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, fashion-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Handler to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that reflect our brand identity in the clothing and bag industry, increase engagement, drive traffic, and ultimately support sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and implement platform-specific social media content calendars (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content including product photography, reels, behind-the-scenes stories, and user-generated content
  • Write compelling captions aligned with brand tone and target audience preferences

Community Engagement:

  • Respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and queries in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and fashion communities to build brand loyalty
  • Monitor and manage online reputation

Campaigns & Promotions:

  • Coordinate online launches, giveaways, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns
  • Support e-commerce or retail promotions through digital storytelling and strategic posting

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
  • Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Adjust strategies based on trends, insights, and business objectives

Brand Consistency & Trend Adaptation:

  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and messaging across platforms
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks, particularly in fashion and accessories

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Fashion, or related field
  • minimum 6 months of proven experience in managing social media for a fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar)
  • Photography and reel-making skills are highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, materials, and seasonal styling (clothing & bags)
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
