Social Media Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and a foundational understanding of social media features. The role involves handling sales processes, managing client relationships, and utilizing analytical tools to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for managing social media inquiries and direct messaging, ensuring timely responses to potential clients, and optimizing communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: 1.Engage with potential clients, handle inquiries, and convert leads into sales. 2.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. 3.Utilize analytical tools to assess sales data, track performance, and optimize strategies. Social Media Management: 1.Handle direct messages (DMs) on social media platforms, ensuring timely responses to inquiries. 2.Engage with the social media audience, providing information and addressing queries. 3 Support the creation of social media content and campaigns as needed. Client Relations: 1.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns. 2 Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. 3.Maintain client records and communication history in CRM systems. Data Analysis & Reporting: 1.Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to create reports, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights. 2.Assist in streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
