Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and other content formats.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
- Content Planning & Copywriting
- Develop creative content ideas based on client objectives and industry trends.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, post copy and relevant hashtags.
- Research trending topics, audio, reels and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor for content execution.
- Client Coordination
- Understand client requirements, brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Share content calendars and creatives for client approval.
- Coordinate feedback, revisions and timely content delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding social media activities.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth and other key metrics.
- Analyse content performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Suggest strategies to improve engagement and organic reach.
- Community Management
- Monitor comments, direct messages and audience interactions.
- Respond to queries professionally, wherever required.
- Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Research & Strategy
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and new features.
- Conduct competitor research and identify content opportunities.
- Suggest creative campaigns, festival posts and brand awareness initiatives.
- Support the digital marketing team in executing integrated campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Good written communication and copywriting skills.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of social media insights, analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to plan content calendars and manage multiple client accounts.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Creative, proactive and organised.
- Interested in social media trends, digital marketing and content creation.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with designers, video editors and the performance marketing team.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
